How long is the processing time?
-Processing takes 3-5 working days.

How long does shipping take?
-Shipping takes 2weeks-4weeks (14-28days) to arrive.

Why does shipping take long?

-We have warehouses all around the globe, but most of our items are being shipped from China. That means that your order is coming from overseas and it will demand a longer delivery than a domestic delivery

Why did my order not arrive in one package?

-We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Canada, China). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order to grant a fast receiving. This means, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic, if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

How can I track my product(s)?
-Once your purchase has been shipped out, you will receive  a tracking number in the e-mail address you used for the purchase which you will use to track the location of your product.

What if i made a mistake on my order and it has already been shipped?

-Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order as it has already been shipped and you should have received a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you so wish, you may return your order for a full refund, check our Refund Policy.

Will I be able to receive a refund?
-Yes, only within 30days after receiving our product(s). We only refund faulty or damaged products, wrong items, as well as products that take more than 4weeks to arrive. We will also require a photo of the faulty product as proof. For more information, check our Refund Policy
